During this empowering one-hour workshop family law attorney, Amy Laughlin, and divorce financial planner, Mark Flowers  will help you understand the confusing divorce process and how to navigate both the legal and financial climate of 2020.

Our goal is to provide education, empowerment, and understanding. We give you the tools to work together to communicate fairly, reduce costs, and move on with your lives.

Amy Laughlin

Family Law Attorney

Amy has been achieving exceptional results for clients since 1992. After graduating with honors from The University of Michigan Law School, Amy joined the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP. While there, she counseled individuals in a wide range of complex financial and litigation matters and represented children and families in a number of cases including: legal guardianship, immigration, foster care, and domestic violence. In 2013, Amy opened her own practice where she focuses primarily on complex family law matters and literary law. 

She is a member of the San Mateo, San Francisco and Santa Clara Bar Associations.

As a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, Mark is uniquely qualified to plan for the financial and tax pitfalls of divorce. He works together with your attorney in key areas to provide a simple plan with settlement and support solutions both during and after divorce.

Mark has been a financial planner since 2013, and specializing in divorce since 2015. His passion for divorce financial planning comes directly from his personal life experience and is inspired by seeing the divorce financial planning process work for bay area families.
